I must be getting old, because I could have sworn that I had a son that was just born and now he is talking to me about taking driving lessons course. Where has the time gone! He was just a little boy playing with his scooter yesterday and now today is talking about his moped and he needs driving lessons course to be able to ride it to school and also on the paper route. I am proud of him because that is how he paid for his moped was by having a paper route.

After he completes his driving lessons course for the moped, he will have to take another driving lessons course for his car he is saving up for. He has a paper route and also a dishwasher and waiter at a fine café. He said they pay good tips. I remember one night he came home with almost $90.00 in tips and he said that was on a slow night. I guess I have to look at him as a growing teenager. I realize he will be 16 in about 10 months but I am wondering where all of his years have gone.

What makes it bad; I have a daughter that is coming up in age also. Right now she is only 13, but keeps telling me she can get a moped at that age, but then of course she has to have driving lessons course to be able to drive the moped. Now with this 2nd coming up and starting to drive, I know I am old or should I say I am getting older.

I guess when my daughter turns 14 she will get the chance to drive just like my son did. I will have to admit my son was a good driver, and I will have no problem trusting him with a car if he needs one. Even though he is looking for one, or maybe he has found one, he will still be able to drive mine, when mine is not in use. Now that might be an understatement, being I work full time. I am sure I can work out something with my kids when they need a car.

It wouldn’t be nice if kids would work something with their parents when they are in need of a car. I guess time will tell when my kids get older, but I know I have taught them well.
